The Cypress Customer Service Center (CSC) complements our efficiency program design and execution for all utility clients and allows them to off-load Demand Side Management (DSM) tasks that are too time consuming, too variable in nature, or too dependent on multiple customer touches for a volume-based internal customer center. Working in tandem with our clients, the Cypress CSC supports rather than displaces a utility's staff and resources and allows the DSM group to focus its resources on achieving annual goals.
