Performance Based Fees
Cypress is committed to finding the best possible, mutually beneficial business relationship with our clients. Along with a traditional, fixed-fee based program design and management service, Cypress offers performance-based consulting options that allows clients to pay for a portion of services out of potential financial gain or the achievement of key program goals, such as ongoing kW, kWH, water, or BTU savings we help generate for them. This approach is a direct response to the business mantra of "doing more with less" and acknowledges business development risks. By sharing in some of the risks of our engagements, our Performance Based Fee system allows Cypress to share in the rewards of as we help utility companies generate revenue, reduce costs, and increase program participation. Our Performance Based Fee options allow for:
- Shared Risk: Cypress shares in the engagement risks
- Shared Reward: Cypress and our clients share in the financial gain of solution implementation
- Verification: Includes data systems and tools to accurately measure the true financial gain or results of our solutions
- Focus: Cypress is focused only on activities that lead to direct, bottom-line results
