Cypress. This includes the ability to track and register qualified contractors in a
Performance Partner Network process, product tracking and scheduling using
bar-code technology, cataloging of manufacturer and equipment information, and integrating complex payment systems to new homebuilders and financing agents.
GIS Mapping Software
Our GIS mapping software reveals a new dimension in program data, load profiles, and how customer participation can be viewed. By overlaying customers who participate in multiple programs, innovative customer "VIP" offerings can be conceived. Through integration of distribution loading information (such as load constraints), utilities can target areas for load control programs and defer capital improvement projects. In order to create reports that are meaningful and useful to our utility clients, the Cypress CIS system can also integrate with a variety of legacy billing and utility databases.
Financial Service
Our CSC operations has the banking infrastructure, tools, software, and automation systems necessary to conduct specialized meter billing, administer and send rebate checks, and can handle nearly any other customer-related financial task associated with efficiency programs. This includes financing options for programs as well as basic printing, preparing, and mailing of rebate checks associated with the a specific program.
